FORMATION OF SEMBUNGU EXPRESS (Pty) Ltd
Sembungu Express was founded in 2002 as a vision to provide better public transport services in Botswana. Public transport operators in Botswana are famous for notoriously ignoring the demands of the public for better services. These are some of the issues that the promoters of Sembungu Express are going to address by providing company policies that respect the rights of our customers for better,safe and effecient public transport services. Providing customers the treatment and comfort they deserve wont' be a problem but rather a privilege and honour for us. Not only that, we will also introduce more travel benefits to our customers which do not exist in Botswana at the moment.

SECRET BEHIND OUR SUCCESS
We have no doubts that success will be our trademark in the transport services. Customer satisfaction, prudent use of financial, human and technical resources is the heartbeat of our business. Sembungu Express will be run by an already dedicated and determined team which always seeks for an opportunity to improve and do better.

OWNERS
Sembungu Express is a 100% citizen-owned company. Its owners and founders are Mr Dimbo kabwata, Mr Bernard Sehungu and Mr Elijah Sivako. They are all directors of the company and Mr Dimbo Kabwata is the managing Director. Mr Bernard Sehungu is the Finance manager and Mr Elijah Sivako is the research and project coordinator.
